3. To process a return or refund due to a quality issue, please provide your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the problem.
4. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product quality issue.

退貨及退款
