Does the order need to be charged for shipping?

Unless specified, all goods can enjoy free local delivery in Hong Kong.

The MONO GanG is committed to do our best for you! After confirming the order, we will deliver the goods to your home as soon as possible.

Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Macau regions:

SF Express self-pickup: All orders will be charged HK$30/kg shipping fee (please leave a message at the checkout and tell us the SF station where you picked up)

Hongkong Post Registration: HK$20 per item for shipping

Charges for other shipping methods:

1) Hong Kong local express

All products will be used <SF Express>, and the courier number will be provided for tracking after shipment (all shipping fee will be collected on delivery)

2) Hongkong Post registration:

Add HK$20 per item

3) Mainland China and Macau:

All products will be used <SF Express>, and the courier number will be provided for tracking after shipment (all shipping fee will be collected on delivery)

4) Outside China

All products will be used <EMS>, and the courier number will be provided after mailing for tracking

Delivery cost will based on weight

How to track orders?

After the order is delivered to the courier, you will receive an email notification. You can click the URL link in the email to check the delivery status of the order on the delivery company website.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

The MONO GanG promises to deliver the goods to home within 1-10 working days from the receipt of the order.

If No one is at home during the delivery, what should I do?

The Courier will leave a notification card to the nearby post office for pickup
